Panel 1: Beside a possessed man strapped into an armchair, the priest says: "The demon says it won’t leave." Man: "Why not?"
Panel 2: The priest leans close to hear the possessed man whisper. No dialogue.
Panel 3: Priest: "Rent controlled."
Panel 4: Frog: "That’s fair."
The man wonders where his guardian angel is; the angel is drinking at a bar.
The scariest part of the house is the monthly fee.
The man dresses as a landlord for roleplay and is delighted to receive rent early.
