A man, frog and cat tour a haunted house and meet a ghost; the man flees after hearing the HOA fee.

The scariest part of the house is the monthly fee.

Header: AROUND THE BACK, with a snail. THE HAUNTED HOUSE. Same problems. Different entrance.

Panel 1: A realtor stands with the man, frog and cat in a dilapidated house.

Man: "The realtor said it was haunted."

Frog: "That explains the price."

Panel 2: A white ghost appears.

Ghost: "GET OUT!"

Panel 3:

Man: "What’s the HOA?"

Ghost: "Eight hundred a month."

Panel 4: The man runs out the door while the ghost, frog and cat remain.

Frog: "Should’ve led with that."
